Benefits IntroductionThe Benefits module is a complete system for setting up and tracking both pre-tax and after-tax deductions. You can use the system for cafeteria plans or other deduction plans you may offer the employee. The system gives you many options. You can have multiple plans, groups, and items. An employee can pick any number of items in which to participate. Employers can contribute either a percent of the employee's deduction or a straight amount. The module's Sure Collect System can guarantee you get paid, even if the employee misses a pay period. The system tracks all the contributions made by the employee. At any time, you can see the amount the employee has contributed, the amount you have paid, and the amount remaining for disbursement in each of the employee's selected categories. |
