Checkbook Introduction

The Checkbook module has special features that give you greater control and adaptability. You can create a unique look on your checks, transfer funds between accounts, and auto reconcile the checks and deposits. When viewing a checkbook's register, you have the capability to drill back on a check to see how it was computed. You can also receive a quick snapshot of the account funds at any time. The system allows an unlimited number of checkbooks. These checkbooks are accessible in the Payroll, Receivables, Payables, ACH, and General Ledger modules. The system automatically sends data here from these modules. However, you can also create manual entries in the Checkbook.
