Benefits Plan Setup
The Benefit plan screen provides an overview of the benefits that are
setup in PEO Super Pro. Benefits Plan Setup screen consist
of 5 tiers of information (4 for Flex Spending). By selecting anyone of
the tiers you have the option of adding, editing viewing, and deleting
(under special conditions). When expanding a Plan Tier you reveal the
Groups associated with the Plan. Expanding the Group Tier reveals the
Items associated with the Group Plan. Expanding the Items Tier reveals
the Premiums and expanding the Premium Tier reveals the Age Bracketed
Tier.

Plan Input screen is the starting point of creating a Benefit
Plan. Within this screen you have the ability to setup the names and dates
for the plan. There is a tab for Administrator where you can input the
contact information regarding the plan. There is also a Notes tab for
notes that need to be inputed for the plan for reference. |

Plan Group screen provides input for Group code Title and if it is
a 125 Cafe group plan. |

Item Input screen identifies the plan item as a medical non-reimbursable
item or if it is a Flex Spending Item. Another great feature is assigning
the item to a specific vendor for payment. There are also tabs for Accounts
setup, Miscellaneous features and Cobra Setup. |

Premium Input Screen setup the start and stop dates as well as taxing
status for the Plan Item.(This is the last screen for Flex Spending setup.) |

The Premium Age Brackets Screen concludes the setup for a Benefit Plan.
This screen is where you setup the amounts of the Premium. Notice you
can input a cost and a billing amount for a Premium and mark it up. If
the Plan Item is based on age, gender and/or Smoker this screen setup
that critieria. |
