Checkbook Screen

The system allows an unlimited number of checkbooks. These checkbooks are accessible in the Payroll, Receivables, Payables, ACH, and General Ledger modules. The system automatically sends data here from these modules. However, you can also create manual entries in the Checkbook.

The Checkbook has a reconciliation program to balance your checkbook to your bank statement. You can even download bank files and reconcile automatically.
