General Ledger Drilldown Capabilities

The original detail dialog shows you that this ledger entry consists of a multiple payroll runs, we will select ABC Paint Shop. If you want to know more information about the payroll run, you can simply click the plus button to the left of the client number.

The second detail dialog then shows that five employees were on this payroll run. By clicking the plus button to the left of any of the employee numbers, a new screen will show you check information.

The final screen dialog shows you the check number and pay transactions that contributed to the posting. If you want to see the check detail, you can double-click on the check. The Payroll Check Viewer screen will appear and show you the detail of the check.
