The Transaction file records a wide variety of pay situations. If you simply need to record hours worked for numerous employees, you can enter the Mass Entry screen for the desired client then type in the correct number of hours for each employee. The system calculates their standard pay. The major advantage of Mass Entry is that you can process transactions for all employees of a selected client at one time.
