Standard Transaction Setup
The Standard Transactions screen contains all the same fields as the
Mass Entry screen, plus additional fields for more complex pay situations.
Notice that you can enter multiple transactions, additional pay, union
assignments, tax overrides, and cost allocation. Job costing is integrated
with Payroll to make it easy for you to track the amount of payroll going
to the client's jobs. You can assign a job and a phase in this screen
so that when the payroll run is finalized, the hours and wages will be
taken directly into the Job Cost file. |
